Dynapac unveils the F1250CS Plus, an upgraded version of the F1250CS compact track asphalt paver, designed to offer low operating costs, high uptime, and suitability for urban paving projects. Better Paving Capabilities

The F1250CS Plus excels in creating pathways, bike lanes, underground garages, and alleyways with paving widths ranging from 19.7 to 137.8 inches (0.5 to 3.5 meters) and thicknesses between 5.9 and 7.9 inches (-150 to 200 millimeters). Its compact design, with a track width of only 44.9 inches (1.14 meters), allows it to fit into small milled portions of pavement. The paver can operate in temperatures below freezing and deliver a smooth finish.

Adjustable Width and Hydrostatic Direct Drive System

With quick-coupling extension boxes, the F1250CS Plus can expand its base width from 47.2 inches (1.2 meters) to a maximum width of 137.8 inches (3.5 meters). The machine can also reduce its paving width to 19.7 inches (0.5 meters) for excavations and narrow walkways using reversing shoes. Instead of mechanical transmission, Dynapac opted for a hydrostatic direct drive system, enabling independent travel drive, on-demand turning, and paving speeds of up to 88.6 feet (27 meters) per minute.

Material Handling and High Production Capacity

The F1250CS Plus features a generous material-handling system with a proportional flow of material. Its hydraulic front flaps and asymmetrical 3.3 cubic yards (2.5 cubic meters) hopper can hold up to 5.5 tons (5 metric tons) of asphalt. The machine’s overall width is only 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) when the hopper is closed, allowing it to navigate through doors and small openings. The paver can theoretically lay down up to 331 tons (300 metric tons) of high-quality asphalt per hour.

Precision and Operator Comfort

The hydraulic auger on the F1250CS Plus offers adjustable height, providing improved control and precision during the paving process. The machine effectively minimizes segregation in the hot mix, even when working with large stones. The user-friendly dashboard simplifies operation, and the operator platform can be folded up to allow paving close to walls, with a working distance of up to 3.9 inches (100 mm). The paver incorporates safety features, including an optional RC360 remote control with ergonomic shoulder straps and an automatic safety switch to ensure operator well-being.

Advanced Screed Technology

The F1250CS Plus utilizes the V2400 screed, which can be heated either by gas or electricity. Operators can select their desired screed temperature directly from the paver’s dashboard, matching it to the asphalt mixture’s temperature. The V2400TV and V2400TVE versions of the screed come with extension boxes for expanded paving widths. Height and angle adjustments can be made to the side shields and bottom plates, while the tamper and vibratory plate deliver excellent compaction, reducing the need for additional roller passes.
